We appreciate the opportunity to explore this possibility with you, and would like to gather some preliminary information about your potential donation. Filling out this form does not guarantee we will accept your collection as described in this document, but provides guidance for our archivists and curators to begin a conversation with you. We may curate a subcollection of materials that fit our collecting policy or provide feedback for other options for the long-term preservation of your materials.
